Spinal Flow Nature Hike

During this nature hike, you’ll have the opportunity to reconnect with nature, breathe in the fresh air, and enjoy connecting with like-minded souls. It’s the perfect chance to fill up your cup in the tranquility of the great outdoors.

Whether you’re a seasoned hiker or new to exploring nature, this event welcomes participants of all fitness levels. So, grab your comfortable shoes, a water bottle, and a sense of adventure, and join us for the Spinal Flow Community Nature Hike.

“I’m not sure if its magic or not, all I know is that that’s never been possible…”

“I wasn’t sure what to expect when I booked in with Nat for spinal flow. I had no expectations really, only knew that it kept popping up and after ignoring it for ages I finally made the appointment. I have suffered with neck and back problems for as long as I can remember but as of 5 years ago I ended up with slipped discs so bad that won’t heal, after steroid shots that are only temporary, surgery is the talk from the doctors. I don’t want to do that. My lower back is so locked and I know it’s connected with emotional trauma, its a constant physical pain that I put up with. When my discs bulge it’s weeks of being an invalid with sciatica pain that’s unbearable. In 1 session Nat had it all but go away. I was able to get off the table without help. After 2 sessions I was unsure if I even had bulging discs!!! I’m not sure if its magic or not, all I know is that that’s never been possible, doctors can’t do it even with meds, chiro/physio or bed rest can’t even make that happen that fast. With all the bandaid fixes that are so readily offered, without the offer of seriously fixing the actual issue, things like Spinal flow can be easily dismissed and yet it’s what we all should be choosing to try first before we reach for that prescription that only pretends to help. We need to work on the deeper cause. I highly recommend Spinal Flow to all my fellow back pain warriors out there. Nat is also an absolute beautiful soul, she doesn’t just heal with her work, she even helps heal by just being around her. Conversation with her alone will lighten your load and that’s before she even gets to the real work. If you’ve been on the fence, jump off and run to booking your first appointment. You will thank yourself for taking the leap. 🙏”
