About Natalie
Natalie was born and grew up on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. Her favourite youth pastime was horseriding. She has always fostered an interest in healthcare. She has worked in both medical and natural health centres and has also studied Massage Therapy and Craniosacral Therapy.
Natalie became a certified Spinal Flow Practitioner in 2020 with Dr Carli Axford, she has worked in several locations, including North Lakes and Scarborough and now is centrally located at Kippa Ring. Since starting regular care herself, Natalie now experiences a pain, disease and illness free way of life that her family and friends are amazed and inspired by.
Natalie is exceptionally passionate about health, healing, nature and adventure. She loves to see both sides of all experiences so we can free ourselves from our past and live in the glorious present moment.
During her spare time, she loves holotropic breathwork, meditation and trail running.
FUN facts you probably didn’t know about Natalie
- She ran a 240km race in 36 hours from Eden (NSW) to Mount Kosciuszko in a race called Coast to Kosci.
- She’s an animal lover…dogs and horses in particular. She has an old rescued greyhound named Ivy.
- She was in the Army and served in Darwin and lived in Townsville for 10 years.
- Her Human Design is a Manifestor.

About the Technique
Spinal Flow is Based on a Fundamental Principle…
Spinal Flow is based on the fundamental principle that it is the body’s own innate intelligence that is responsible for healing, repair and life itself.
The primary emphasis of Spinal Flow is the nerve system – the brain and spinal cord – which provides the electricity or “life energy” that animates the body.
By using gentle and precise physical touch on specific neurological reflex points in the body – aka “Access Points”* – the purpose of Spinal Flow is break the stress loop and to restore proper communication or “awareness” between the brain and body.
It Sparks Changes Throughout Your Body
When the higher centres of your brain receive accurate information about how cellular stress has been trapped in your body, your brain immediately engages the craniosacral respiratory mechanism in order to spark changes throughout the body that will finally allow you nerve system to heal from the previous trauma it experienced.
