“The benefits I’ve received in such a short amount of time have been incredible”
“I’ve had 3 spinal flow sessions with Nat so far. The benefits I’ve received in such a short amount of time have been incredible. I suffer from chronic pain and have seen many many therapists over the years both western and eastern based with little to no relief. Since seeing Nat I’ve felt like I’ve released so much tension not only physically but emotionally! Personally I believe that majority of physical discomfort and dis-ease in the body is from unprocessed and trapped emotions stored in the body. I’ve been aware of this for quite some time but always felt stuck on how to go deeper and release these stuck emotions. Spinal flow has allowed me to gently but effectively go within and release the emotions and stored tension within my body 🙌🏻 I am only a few sessions in but I am beyond excited to see the benefits and releases I continue to get with more sessions 🦋✨
Nat holds such a safe and sacred space and allows you to really feel heard and understood I couldn’t recommend this modality more especially if you’ve tried other modalities/approaches in the past with no relief or results. Thank you Nat for being such a beautiful soul and sharing this healing modality with the collective 🤗💕”
